Beverages contain a wide variety of flavours prepared primarily from essential oils. Flavours such as Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Orange and Tangerine are all in this category. In order to prepare a beverage with good stability and opacity, a very stable oil in water emulsion must be used.

As a leader in sophisticated emulsion production, Flavournet manufactures a range of customised high performance emulsions with very high stability criteria.

They are used in hot and cold process applications, and formulations ranging from very low to very high brix values.

Flavournet flavour emulsions are designed in conjunction with our customers for each specific application. Colours and other ingredients are often included in these proprietary flavours.
